BlackBird MTLC is committed to pushing the boundaries of creativity and technology. We are embarking on an exciting new project aimed at delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As part of this endeavor, we are seeking five dynamic and proactive Regional Officers (ROs) to be based in Kabul, Balkh, Herat, Kandahar, and Nangarhar. The ROs will be responsible for daily engagement with local Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to ensure their needs are addressed and that technical solutions are designed to fit their capacities and the scope of the project.
