And is committed to creating positive change in the communities. With focus on humanitarian response, emergency relief, health, agriculture, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), education, CDYO is dedicated to addressing the pressing needs and challenges faced by vulnerable population. CDYO considers itself accountable to the government of Afghanistan, partnering agencies, and the communities it serves.
