Hamkar Microfinance Institution (HMI) is a nationally established Afghan microfinance institution founded in 2025 with the aim of promoting financial inclusion, economic empowerment, and social stability across Afghanistan. HMI provides responsible financial services to low-income entrepreneurs, women, youth, and small enterprises—helping them grow their businesses, generate income, and improve livelihoods. Built on decades of experience from its shareholders and management team in the financial, business, and investment sectors, HMI is committed to professionalism, transparency, and ethical financing.
