Refah Payment System

Refah Payment System “RPS” is the first digital Payment Service Provider in the country which is an authorized Payment Institute licensed by Da Afghanistan Bank “Central Bank” of the country. RPS has completed its system-to-system integration with the National Switch of Afghanistan (Afghanistan Payment System “APS”) and accepts all the domestic cards “AfPay” of the commercial banks; private and government banks in the country through POS terminals. RPS has six products, which are Balance Inquiry, Electronic Purchase, Bill Payment “Breshna, ASYCUDA & SIGTAS”, Cash out “Cash Withdrawal”, Cash in “Cash Deposit” & Card-to-Card Transfer.
