duties

  • VG always goes for efficient resource usage by adequately planning the video shoot.
  • VG captures videos and images and directs and edits assigned projects.
  • If necessary, VG records sound and light scenes according to the project's brief.
  • VG regularly cleans and maintains videography and photography equipment.
  • VG participates in brainstorming sessions and creative talks, helping the team with idea generation and concept development. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest production techniques.
  • Adhere to and maintain compliance with company policies and guidelines and SOPs.
  • Multi-tasker: ability to manage multiple tasks productively and prioritize accordingly.
  • VG constantly improves problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • VG is hard-working, dependable, takes the initiative, and is entirely dedicated. "Can-do" attitude and willingness to take on challenging projects. 
  • VG improves the ability to carry out complex oral and written instructions excellently.
  • VG is punctual and delivers the necessary paperwork on time.

 

Collaborative Prospects 

  • VG proactively supports the creative producer's team leader in the project's details, budget, and on-time delivery. 
  • VG works closely with creative producers to select equipment types to use and resolve production issues.


qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of videography, photography, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
  • Strong creative and technical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude.
