Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle production of video content for social media, marketing and brand channels, using tools including Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), DaVinci Resolve, and Unreal Engine for high-end production.
- Conceptualise, storyboard, shoot (or coordinate shooting), edit and deliver video assets optimized for platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Use AI tools (HeyGen, Lumen5, VEED.IO, InVideo, Canva Magic Studio, etc) to accelerate content creation, including text-to-video, avatar generation, automated captions/subtitles, auto-dubbing, motion graphics and format adaptation.
Video Editing Mastery
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (color grading, sound sync, effects).
- Able to create cinematic transitions, captions, and multi-format deliverables (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).
AI Tools Proficiency
- Hands-on with HeyGen, Synthesia, Lumen5, VEED.IO, Runway ML, InVideo, and Canva Magic Studio.
- Understands AI avatars, voice cloning, auto-subtitles, motion enhancement, and AI scene generation.
Automation Experience (n8n or similar)
- Builds end-to-end automation for content pipelines:
- → Script → Generate → Edit → Render → Upload → Schedule → Track.
- Familiar with webhooks, API triggers, cloud storage integrations, Google Sheets, Airtable, and FFmpeg.
Unreal Engine / Virtual Production
- Understands 3D environments, lighting, camera systems, motion capture, and real-time rendering.
- Able to integrate Unreal scenes into Adobe or DaVinci workflows.
Social Media Expertise
- Deep understanding of platform formats, trends, and algorithms (YouTube, TikTok, IG, LinkedIn, X).
- Knowledge of SEO for video, hashtags, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
Graphic & Sound Design Basics
- Skilled with Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, or similar tools for motion graphics and sound cleanup.
Note to Applicants
If you already know video editing, 3D workflows, or green-screen compositing and have around 3+ years of hands-on experience, you’re already ahead.
Don’t stress about knowing every AI or automation tool we listed — we don’t expect that. What matters is your curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn fast.
We’ll train you on the rest — from AI video tools like HeyGen, Runway ML, VEED, and Lumen5, to automation platforms like n8n and advanced post workflows in DaVinci Resolve and Unreal Engine.
Just come prepared to research these tools before your interview, show that you’ve explored them, and be ready to learn, test, and level-up quickly once you’re in.
