- Edit and provide different types of video content according to standards
- Import, transcode, sync, and organize raw footage and assets within established workflows
- Build rough assemblies and string outs from creative briefs or scripts, maintaining clear timelines and labeling systems
- Improve and correct lighting, coloring and faulty footage, audio leveling, and motion graphics under the guidance of Production Manager
- Export, encode, and deliver final videos in multiple aspect ratios and codecs optimized for social and digital platforms
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistency with brand standards
- Troubleshoot common post-production issues and assist with software/hardware setup when needed
- Adapt and optimize content for multiple platforms, including social media, digital channels, screens, and internal presentations
- Stay up to date on emerging editing tools, platform requirements, and content best practices
- Have the knowledge and experience in graphic to conceptualizes and produces materials, including digital graphics, motion graphics, advertising, publications, and print collateral
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of hands-on video editing or post-production experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Knowledge of video editing, photo editing and production software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow from feedback
- Effective communication skills
- Strong understanding of video codecs, terminology, and editing workflows
- DaVinci Resolve familiarity
- Strong project and file management
- Experience with editing media type videos
