· Will understand and try to achieve the monthly and yearly coverage and EPI indicators
· Will have an update list of the EPI and MCH dropouts to follow them in outreach sessions
· Will store, handle and maintain vaccines per Afghan N-EPI/UNICEF/WHO protocols
· Will dispose of contaminated waste in a responsible manner to prevent exposure
· Will provide fixed and outreach EPI activities
· Will maintain a high level of cold chain management all the time
· Will respond immediately to any cold chain irregularity using local possibility including sending Vaccines to other closest health facility with cold chain system
· Will report immediately any irregularity of cold chain to supervisor
· Will provide appropriate patient education to prevent dropout and increase coverage
· Will provide health education for her/his client to fix center and outreach sessions
· Will identify and report problems that interfere in the delivery of services
· Will provide complete accurate clear and on time monthly activity report
Education:
- Nursing, Midwife diploma
Experience:
· Minimum 2-3 years’ work experience, particularly in vaccination
· Strong Command on Pashto/Dari
· Working experience in the targeted provinces and familiar with concerned community, geography and culture.
