- Lead construction implementation from groundworks to final completion
- Establish site setup, mobilization plans, and construction methodology
- Review and fully understand approved drawings, estimations, BOQs, and specifications
- Develop detailed construction schedules, work sequences, and resource plans
- Manage daily site operations and supervise contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate structural, architectural, and finishing works
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and approved designs
- Monitor progress, control costs, and manage variations and change orders
- Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate with consultants and stakeholders
- Identify risks early and implement corrective actions
- Ensure timely inspections, testing, and approvals
- Prepare progress reports, schedules, and completion documentation
- Lead project close‑out, snag list resolution, and final handover
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in building construction managing mid‑rise or multi‑story buildings
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete structures and finishing works
Experience managing projects from start to completion, not partial phases
Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site execution
Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools (Autocad, 3D, Etab, Safe, MS Project / Primavera preferred)
Ability to read, interpret, and execute detailed construction drawings
Strong leadership and on‑site decision‑making ability
Excellent coordination and contractor management skills
High attention to quality, safety, and compliance
Budgeting, cost control, and schedule management expertise
Clear communication with consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders
Practical, solution‑oriented mindset
