Must Have

• Strong UI/UX design skills with an eye for detail
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Solid experience with React and Next.js
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience creating responsive and accessible interfaces
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows
• Ability to translate designs into pixel-accurate frontend implementations

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience with Tailwind, Bootstrap, or other modern styling approaches
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization
• Basic knowledge of SEO in Next.js
