- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, from concept to execution
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable components
- Translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
- Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with user research, A/B testing, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and performance
