• Assist in processing customer deposits and withdrawals.
• Help with balancing cash drawers and ensuring accuracy.
• Support the team in handling checks, payments, and money transfers.
• Assist in verifying customer information and transactions.
• Provide basic customer service by answering simple inquiries.
• Learn and follow all banking policies and procedures.
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager or Teller Supervisor.
Education:
- BBA / Business Administration / Finance / any related field, 2024 graduate
Experience:
- Fresh Graduate with no experience
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with cash and handle transactions securely.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work well in a team and a fast-paced environment.
- Eager to learn and gain experience in banking operations.
The duty station of the intern will be the host entity (Azizi Bank ) and the salary will be paid by Islamic Relief Worldwide- Afghanistan (IRW- A) based on agreement.
