Market Development & Outreach
- Identify and onboard resellers, integrators, and SME clients across Afghanistan
- Promote Huawei eKit solutions through events, demos, and digital campaigns
Sales & Channel Management
- Drive sales targets for eKit products including Wi-Fi access points, switches, gateways, and SME kits
- Provide training and support to channel partners on product features and deployment
Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with Huawei engineers to ensure smooth product integration and troubleshooting
- Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical guidance to partners and clients
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all distribution activities align with Huawei’s brand, compliance, and warranty policies
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and partner performance
Customer Experience
- Deliver tailored solutions for SMEs in hospitality, education, retail, and healthcare sectors
- Collect feedback to improve product offerings and service delivery
- Presentations & Product Demonstrations
- Deliver engaging technical presentations and live product demonstrations to clients and partners
- Customize solution showcases based on industry verticals and customer needs
- Proven experience in ICT distribution, networking, or enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of SME needs and digital transformation challenges
- Excellent communication in English, Pashto, and Dari
- Familiarity with Huawei product ecosystem and channel partner models
- Ability to manage logistics, branding, and compliance in a dynamic market
