• Lead the design and technical development of health interventions (e.g., RMNCH, nutrition, communicable disease control, mental health, health systems strengthening).
• Ensure alignment with national health guidelines, donor requirements, and international standards.
• Provide technical input during proposal writing, project design, and donor reporting.
• Identify and promote best practices and innovations in health service delivery.
• Develop and implement technical guidelines, protocols, and tools to ensure quality programming.
• Support the development and use of clinical audit tools, quality improvement plans, and supervision checklists.
• Analyze data and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Assess training needs and develop capacity building plans for health staff and partners. Deliver or coordinate technical trainings, mentoring, and on-the-job support for health teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Represent the organization in health cluster meetings, technical working groups, and with MoPH and donors.
• Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including local NGOs, UN agencies, and health authorities.
• Ensure coordination of technical approaches across projects and regions.
• Provide technical leadership during outbreaks and health emergencies.
• Contribute to rapid assessments and emergency health programming when needed.
