- Network Design and Implementation: Assist in designing and implementing P2P network architectures that are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Installation of all equipment related to P2P and P2MP services on both points.
- System Monitoring and Optimization: Monitoring network performance metrics and adjusting Internet packets to customers in the system for service delivery.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to P2P services, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, network architecture changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Security Management: Implementation and monitoring of security protocols to safeguard network integrity and users’ data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and customer support teams to facilitate seamless integration of services and address user feedback.
- User Training and Support: Provide technical training and support to end-users and internal teams as needed.
- Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in P2P networking to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Performing all responsibilities as assigned by the Directorate.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Familiarity with P2P networking principles and technologies.
- Writing, reading, understanding and speaking in Pashto. Writing, reading and understanding in English.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
