Specific duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Perform retail visits on a daily basis for better relationships based on the Monthly Beat plan.
- Inspect and analyze customer needs and provide inputs to Sales management.
- Ensure brand visibility of ATOMA in retail channel.
- Ensure stock availability with the retail channel.
- Implementation of the Merchants scheme in relevant area.
- Develop and build a strong relationship with dealers through regular market visits.
- Maximize the Company’s goals for sales penetration, profitability, and customer loyalty through efficient implementation of the Company’s policies and processes.
- Analyze needs and selling potential of existing and prospective dealers; recommend changes where appropriate.
- Communicate to Channel management information on competitor’s activities, feedback from dealers, and recommend changes where appropriate.
- Educate assigned dealers with regard to the products and services offered by ATOMA Afghanistan.
- Receive and transfer dealer complaints to the concerned person(s).
- Perform all necessary field visits,
- Prepare and submit regular reports to direct team leader.
- Prepare monthly sales figures.
- Educate assigned dealers registering customer line as per ATRA procedure/guideline.
- Taking initiative and result oriented approach.
- Visiting the concerned Province Districts every month based on assigned Beat plan.
Education:
- The position holder must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other relevant areas. (In case of enough experience, minimum 12th graduated, holding a minimum of two years working experience in telecom.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the service industry and/ or cellular/ telecommunications and/ or operational management including 1-year channel management experience or customer management experience.
Essentials:
- Fluency in local languages (Dari and Pashto) and good command of English skills, both written and oral.
- Computer skills, Office package (working skills in Ms. Word and Ms. Excel are a must).
- Good communication skills and strong understanding.
- Flexible in working with various conditions, including accepting the shift rotations as proposed by ATOMA from time to time.
- Holding Afghan Nationality

- Ability to plan effectively, set priorities, and meet deadlines.\
- Having good communication and negotiation skills
- Having good decision making and team building skills
- Able to travel to the districts
