- Collect the beneficiaries information as per the pre-designed template or as required for the SCOPE registration system;
- Crosscheck and verify the beneficiaries introduced by community elders CDC members and community members not included in the beneficiaries’ selection process;
- Crosscheck the information provided by the beneficiaries such as Tazkira number with original Tazkira;
- Collect quality data including biometrics data from the beneficiaries during the registration process;
- Ensure the number of assigned beneficiary registration targets are met as per the provided deadline;
- Verify and issue beneficiaries’ identification token/coupon to the registered beneficiaries for the assistance distribution;
- Collecting data of targeted beneficiaries’ households using paper and electronic questionnaires;
- Ensuring the data is collected according to the list finalized by the Beneficiary selection committee;
- Syncing electronic questionnaires to the main database/server via mobile internet;
- Guiding beneficiaries to distribution/registration centers for the sake of SCOPE registration;
- Attending training sessions organized for surveyors at the main office;
- Performing any other duties assigned by the relevant supervisor;
Education & Experience:
At least a bachelor's degree in the Computer Science, Business Administration & Social Sciences;
At least two years of professional experience is required in surveys or interviews;
Proven experience with SCOPE platform;
Proven experience with data collection tools;
Previous work experience with WFP projects will be a plus for the candidates;
