1. Create IDs and user accounts for students.
2. Edit and correct student information.
3. Assist team to resolve student account issues.
4. Learn and practice to resolve course selection problems according to procedures.
5. Emergency addition and deletion of courses.
6. Assist team with registering student withdrawals, transfers, conditional statuses, and deferrals.
7. Enter student grades outside the specified grade announcement period by the professor.
8. Record grades for courses taken under special arrangements, guest students from other universities, and monographs.
9. Learn and practice to review grade reports in the educational system.
10. Prepare exam attendance sheets and reports.
11. Maintain appropriate conduct according to the university's academic regulations.
12. Guide students in resolving their issues.
13. Learn and practice to implement the processes for deferrals, transfers, conditional statuses, time changes, major changes, and semester failures.
14. Assist to prepare graduation certificates and enrollment certificates.
15. Prepare any necessary documents for applicants according to university procedures.
16. Record incoming and outgoing correspondence for the student affairs management and the assistant for student affairs.
17. Obtain commitments from students (based on disciplinary committee decisions).
18. Complete required documents in student files by program and semester under supervision.
19. Archive student documents (course selection forms, bank slips, petitions, and correspondence, etc.).
20. Register student information in the educational system.
21. Collaborate in organizing spring and fall entrance exams.
22. Prepare the list of successful candidates for publication on the website.
23. Assist in conducting final semester exams and makeup exams.
24. Count exam papers and submit them to and retrieve them from professors.
25. Implement the process for resolving course time conflicts.
26. Execute other tasks assigned by the student affairs management.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (Economics graduates are preferred), 2024 graduate
Experience:
- No experience required
Skills:
- Fluency in local language (Pashto or Dari)
- Familiarity with English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
