- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance (PM & CM) for all normal and emergency Solar/Hybrid systems.
- Identify suitable sites for Solar or Hybrid power installations.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair solar and hybrid systems as needed.
- Work with AC power systems up to 400V and DC power systems up to 48V.
- Use test equipment to assess generator power systems, control circuits, UPS systems, batteries, grounding, isolated power, rectifiers, ground-fault circuits/outlets, and other related equipment.
- Maintain various power outlets, lighting systems, and general electrical works.
- Be available for on-site work, including travel as required.
- Work in shifts as per the schedule, if necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Install solar PV systems, inverters, MPPTs, solar frames, and related accessories.
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- High school graduate or a technical school graduate.
- 2 to 3 years relevant experience.
- Fluent in local languages (Dari and Pashto), intermediate English communication skills will be a plus.
- Intermediate computer skills are an asset.
- Relevant certificates are an asset.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
- Upholds integrity and honesty.
- Capable of performing well under pressure.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during work.
- Willingness to travel to other provinces and work additional hours.
