This role is responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the final output aligns with both business goals and user needs. The Software Product Assistant acts as a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, translating strategic objectives into actionable tasks. The individual must possess strong communication skills, business acumen, and a user-focused mind-set to guide the product throughout its development lifecycle and deliver maximum value to the organization.
- Prepare and maintain the Product CatLog, including all sections of the company’s software products.
- Analyse market requirements and prepare business processes accordingly.
- Design front screens / UI mock-ups in collaboration with the design and development teams.
- Prepare and write SRS (Software Requirement Specification) and FRS (Functional Requirement Specification) documents.
- Write test cases and execute tests to ensure product quality. Work closely with software development teams, business teams, and internal stakeholders to track project progress.
- Communicate and follow up with clients to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in product roadmap planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of products.
- Provide regular reports to the Department Manager and present project status updates

- Bachelor's in Computer or equivalent subject
- Three years of experience in above mentioned field.
