- Configure, maintain and optimise Moodle LMS
- Implement AI-driven features such as LLMs, LangChain, RAG pipelines and intelligent automation workflows
- Lead end-to-end development and management of digital learning and other platforms
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers and Subject Matter Experts to deliver student-centric experiences
- Integrate third-party systems such as authentication or payment systems
- Manage and oversee concurrent projects using Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, and progress reports and dashboards for management
- Manage data quality, accuracy, automation across project and multiple content management systems.
Characteristics + Competencies
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer Science, software engineering, Data Science or a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, LMS management, or Digital platform development
- Proficiency in backend programming (Python, C#, .NET)
- Experience with database management (SQL, MongoDB, ChromaDB or vector-based)
- Experience with or understanding of AI integration, LLMs, RAG architecture and data pipelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluent English proficiency
- Deeply curious and creative problem solver
- Capability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Informed and up-to-date on current technologies and developments
