- Contribute to building and improving software features under mentorship
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code

Skills and Qualifications (Preferred)
Programming & Computer Science
- Understanding of programming concepts such as OOP, data structures, and algorithms
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and coding standards
Web Development (if applying for web/full-stack track)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with modern front-end development practices (component-based UI, responsive design)
- Experience or exposure to frameworks such as React
- Understanding of back-end development concepts (APIs, authentication, server-side logic)
- Exposure to Node.js, Django, Laravel, or similar frameworks
Mobile Development (if applying for mobile track)
- Understanding of mobile app development workflows
- Exposure to Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS development
- Familiarity with app navigation, UI layouts, and integrating APIs
Databases & Data Handling
- Understanding of relational databases and querying
- Experience or exposure to SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and validation
Tools & Professional Practices
- Version control using Git and GitHub
- Familiarity with issue tracking and task management tools (Jira, Trello, GitHub Issues, etc.)
- Ability to read documentation and learn new technologies independently
- Clear communication, teamwork, and time management
Quality & Delivery
- Understanding of testing concepts (unit testing, integration testing)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow requirements
- Interest in writing secure, reliable, and scalable code
