- Conduct community outreach to raise awareness about project objectives, activities, and selection criteria.
- Organize community meetings, awareness and engagement dialogue sessions.
- Facilitate the formation or strengthening of community committees
- Ensure the meaningful participation of women, Returnee, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.
- Support transparent beneficiary selection based on approved criteria.
- Maintain accurate beneficiary lists and records.
- Act as the focal point between the project team and communities.
- Share community feedback, challenges, and risks with supervisors on time.
- Facilitate coordination with local leaders, beneficiaries and local stakeholders
- Support field teams during distributions, assessments, and monitoring missions.
- Ensure communities understand their rights and available complaint/feedback mechanisms.
- Promote safeguarding, protection principles, and safe programming.
- Report protection concerns, safety issues, or incidents immediately to relevant staff.
- Prepare daily/weekly field reports, meeting minutes, and activity summaries.
- Maintain proper documentation of engagement sessions, beneficiary lists, and attendance sheets.
- Support data collection for monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEAL) activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Community Development, or relevant field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in community mobilization, especially in humanitarian or development projects.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with diverse communities, including women and vulnerable groups.
- Good understanding of local context, culture, and languages.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
- Ability to travel frequently to field locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with beneficiaries from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards of practice.

- Ability to work long hours with community.
