- Searching for needy orphaned children, receiving lists of such orphans from various sources, and presenting them to the Social Care Manager
- Surveying the orphans approved by the Line Manager, filling the survey form and gathering all the information and required documents
- Completing the documents related to the orphan registration process, including taking standard photos
- Participating in the processes of distributing monthly allowances and in-kind aids to the orphans
- Contribution in purchasing in-kind aids to the beneficiaries
- Contacting the orphaned families to inform them about distribution of the monthly allowances and in-kind aids
- Preparing quality documentaries and stories about the beneficiaries identified by the Line Manager
- Performing monitoring surveys in accordance with the plans prepared by the Line Manager
- Doing an effective and regular follow-up of issues related to the orphans
- Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Line Manager
- At least Bachelor degree
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Ability to travel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reporting skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office
- Ability to work under difficult conditions
