- Ensure that equipment and supplies which will be placed in the warehouse are kept safe and in good condition.
- Maintain accurate and proper inventory records.
- Check and document incoming materials for accuracy between delivery and invoicing.
- Receives orders and issues supplies and materials as appropriate.
- Listing all the items currently in the warehouse and maintain the records of all outgoing and incoming items from and to the warehouse in-stock books, calculate, record, and show balance of all items in the store on a day-to-day basis.
- Keep the existing items in the store in proper itemized order. A list should be prepared for this purpose, along with the relevant items in the store for easy reference and inventory.
- Control the quality of equipment/needed items out and inside the store.
- 8. Responsible to take care of fixed assets and advising staff on proper use and handling of the assets.
- Any other task requested by the competent authority
Education: Education: High School Graduate, bachelor's or higher educations in Economics, Business Administration and Computer Science will be preferred.
Experience:
5-years’ experience in general supply, warehousing, storekeeping, and inventory control.
Excellent knowledge of supply, warehousing, and inventory practices.
Languages:
Fluency in English (required) and local languages (Pashto, Dari)
Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of computer operations and skills in the use of office package
Proficiency in Data entry and storekeeping management.
Reporting & Accountability:
Submit weekly/monthly reports on admin, finance, and HR activities.
Ensure all records are audit-ready and comply with organizational standards.
