- Manage budget allocations, expenditures, and cost estimates for ROW clearance activities, including land acquisition costs, survey expenses, and mitigation measures.

- Social Worker Duties:
- Conduct social impact assessments to evaluate displacement risks and community concerns.
- Develop and implement resettlement action plans (RAPs) in line with international and national standards.
- Act as a bridge between affected communities and project stakeholders.
- Conduct community meetings, awareness sessions, and feedback collection.
- Develop livelihood restoration programs for displaced individuals.
- Provide special assistance to vulnerable groups, including women, children, and elderly populations.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education:

Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Right of Way (ROW) clearance, land acquisition, or related roles, specifically in transmission line projects or similar infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with utility companies, governmental bodies, or environmental consulting firms is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in negotiating land rights, easements, and resolving property disputes and traditional conflict solving procedures.
Languages:
Fluency in English (required) and local languages (e.g., Pashto, Dari)
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ROW clearance procedures, land acquisition, and the legal and regulatory processes for transmission lines.
