- Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of the solar plant construction and commissioning from mobilization to handover.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labor teams at the site.
- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules, work progress, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, design specifications, and safety regulations.
- Supervise and verify civil, mechanical, and electrical installations, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
- Conduct daily and weekly coordination meetings to track progress and resolve technical or logistical challenges.
- Review and approve work progress reports, inspection requests, and site documentation.
- Communicate effectively with project management, consultants, and clients to ensure transparency and timely updates.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure corrective measures are implemented for any non-conformance.
- Prepare and submit project progress, financial, and technical reports to project manager.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement among all site personnel.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering (master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of proven project/site management experience in electrical or construction infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to manage diverse site teams.
- In-depth knowledge of solar PV installation methods, QA/QC standards, safety protocols, and risk management procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, project scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project), and familiarity with surveying equipment
- Fluency in Dari or Pashto, with strong working knowledge of English.
