- Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications of greenhouse construction.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Address technical issues and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incidents.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients regarding project status and issues.
- Assist in procurement and resource management.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site.
- Provide weekly and monthly report to executive director.
- Any other tasks assigned to him by senior management.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other related discipline
Work Experience
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Experience working with cold chain initiatives implementation or the sector is preferred.
Language Skills
- Fluency in Pashto and Dari is required.
- Working in oral and written English is required.
