Senior Sales Officer

duties

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage team of Regional Sales representatives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers (distributors, large farms, veterinary clinics)
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with marketing team on promotional activities
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
  • Ensure proper product pricing and positioning in the market


qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years sales management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or agricultural products
  • Strong network within Afghanistan's poultry industry
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
