- Develops robust, impeccably designed programs and delivers on its implementation to the highest quality
- Proactively engage new and existing clients to deepen relationships and develop new businesses
- Manage program budgets, cash flows, and compliance
- Develops methodologies, proposals, and budgets as per the need of country office
- Maintains an intimate working knowledge of potential partners network and organizations
- Monitoring of Lapis projects including adherence to reporting requirements to donors and clients
- Coordinates timely implementation of all aspects of the project with emphasis specific activities described in the contractual documents and the project proposals
- Daily financial management of client resources in accordance with the approved budget
- Ensures the timely execution of administrative procedures for the project including the amendment of agreements with donors, clients, and vendors
- In close coordination with the team, monitors and advises on risks to project implementation and make recommendations for risk mitigation measures as required
- Provides timely and accurate reports to clients on developments and progress within the project
- Ensures adherence to administrative, project management and financial rules and regulations
- Prepares technical and financial reports and ensures the project filing system is updated
- Coordinates and oversees entry of relevant data into the project database
- Maintains accurate project filing systems covering all project activities (including contract agreements with subcontractors, monitoring and evaluation reports, and photographic evidence of outputs, among others
- Coordinates project procurement and logistics activities with administrative support personnel

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Project Management, MBA preferred
- PMP or Prince2 Certificate would be an addition but not a requirement
- Experience in managing various projects and understanding of the program and project management systems
- Commitment to and passion for positive change
- 5-6 years experience of project management, with knowledge of institutional donor compliance requirements
- Knowledge and experience of working with donors and multilateral
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset strategic thinking, and analytical prowess
- Significant financial management, reporting, and oversight Strong team-building and management skills
- Strong presentation abilities and excellent written/oral communications
- Comprehensive understanding of the social and media landscape
- Exceptional ability to engage with clients and establish, deepen, and grow relationships with colleagues from different organisations, functions, and cultures, often remotely
- Ability to manage a complex and varied workload, in order to organise and prioritise multiple tasks efficiently, manage reactive and proactive work, and deliver tasks to tight deadlines
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify and implement effective processes for achieving outcomes
- A high degree of flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing needs and effectively address issue
- Proven attention for detail and ability to effectively manage a high volume of data and information
