- Control and update construction-phase schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project
- Manage and track construction baseline vs. actual progress
- Independently verify EPC contractor construction progress at site
- Analyze critical path, float erosion, and delay impacts
- Prepare weekly and monthly construction progress reports
- Develop 2-week, 4-week, and 90-day construction look-ahead schedules
- Prepare and analyze construction recovery schedules
- Support delay analysis, EOTs, and construction claims
- Coordinate closely with construction, QA/QC, and site teams
- Report schedule status and risks directly to senior management
EDUCATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, mechanical) – REQUIRED.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10 years of planning & scheduling experience, with direct construction-phase involvement
SKILLS and ABILIITES:
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Primavera P6
- Proven experience on EPC or industrial construction projects
- Ability and willingness to work hybrid between Kabul and Jabal Saraj site
- Preferred Experience
- Cement plants, power plants, or heavy industrial construction
- Construction delay analysis and recovery planning
- Site-based progress measurement and reporting

- This is not a data-entry or office-only position
- Strong site presence and independent judgment are required
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with international teams and design consultants, and strong English proficiency (Dari/Pashto an advantage).
