Senior Finance Officer

duties

Key Role:

Ensure financial integrity, optimize working capital, and provide timely financial reporting for decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments to Kalleh/manufacturing partners (LC, TT, advance payments)
  • Manage distributor credit terms and collections
  • Track daily revenue by SKU, city, and channel
  • Prepare weekly P&L statements and variance analysis
  • Monitor inventory valuation and stock aging
  • Cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization
  • Coordinate with Quqnoos Group Finance for treasury support
  • Ensure compliance with import/export financial regulations
  • Monthly financial reporting to the general manager
  • Audit support and financial documentation


qualification

  • 3-5 years finance experience (FMCG or distribution companies preferred)
  • Strong understanding of working capital management (inventory, receivables)
  • Experience with import/export payment instruments (LC, advance payment, TT)
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Experience with ERP/accounting software
  • Fluent in Dari/Pashto and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
