1. Manage financial reporting: Prepare and Reconcile financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
2. Accounts Receivable Management.
3. Bank Reconciliation.
4. Expense Classification, Proper Recording, and documentation.
5. Monthly Financial Closing Reports.
6. Revenue Recognition and Proper Recording.
7. Proper Recording & Filing of all financial Transaction.
8. Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast.
9. Financial analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management
10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
11. Cash management: Manage cash flow, including forecasting cash needs and monitoring bank balances. Ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
12. Team management: Supervise and mentor finance team members. Provide guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
13. Payment Initiation and processing.
14. Report to clients and vendors.
15. Expense and Revenue reorganization.
1. Education
o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. Work Experience
o Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
3. Technical Skills
o Strong proficiency in financial and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).
o Advanced skills in Excel and financial analysis tools.
4. Communication and Managerial Skills
o Ability to manage finance teams and provide professional guidance.
o Capability to prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
o Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking abilities.
5. Language Proficiency
o Full fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English.
6. Personal Attributes
o High attention to detail and accuracy.
o Strong sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and responsibility in handling financial resources.
o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple financial projects simultaneously.
