- Conduct technical research on power distribution, transmission lines, and generation systems
- Lead studies on power distribution network efficiency, reliability, and safety improvements
- Research emerging technologies in transmission line design, generation systems, and grid integration
- Lead innovation and development projects focused on electrical equipment production processes
- Supervise the design and testing of new power system solutions and equipment
- Coordinate with operations, planning, and technical departments to integrate research outcomes
- Manage the power systems R&D team and oversee project timelines and deliverables
- Guide design and development of new or improved electrical equipment production methods
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to prototype and test innovations
- Plan and manage R&D projects from concept through implementation
- Monitor technical milestones, budgets, and risk factors
- Work closely with Operations and Planning to align R&D outputs with field requirements
- Engage with suppliers and technical partners for knowledge transfer
- Prepare detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and presentations for senior management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power systems research or technical development roles
- Expertise in SCADA, power electronics, and smart grid technologies
- Proficient in engineering software and simulation platforms
- Excellent coordination and project documentation skills
- Strong communication skills in English and national languages
