1) Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and guide all static guards and patrol teams assigned to the hotel contract sites.
- Ensure personnel are properly briefed on their daily duties, post orders, and emergency response protocols.
- Conduct regular roll calls, uniform, and equipment inspections.
2) Coordination and Communication
- Maintain close liaison with the Security Management of Kabul Grant Hotel and Kabul Taj Hotel regarding all security matters.
- Coordinate with hotel management for smooth and secure VIP/VVIP access, entry control, and escort arrangements.
- Communicate operational updates and incidents promptly to the Security Operations Manager.
3) Operational Duties
- Oversee implementation of access control procedures, vehicle checks, and visitor screening at entry and exit points.
- Conduct regular patrols across hotel premises, towers, and static guard posts to ensure compliance with post orders.
- Respond swiftly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies in coordination with hotel management and GSS HQ.
4) Compliance and Conduct
- Enforce adherence to GSS Code of Conduct, ethical standards, and ICOCA (International Code of Conduct Association) compliance policies.
- Ensure guards and staff demonstrate professionalism, respect, and integrity in all interactions.
- Report any breach of conduct, misuse of authority, or safety violations immediately.
5) Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily situation reports, patrol logs, and incident reports to the Security Operations Manager.
- Maintain updated duty rosters, attendance sheets, and post inspection checklists.
- Support internal and external audits or inspections related to security operations.
6) Training and Performance
- Conduct regular refresher briefings on security awareness, emergency procedures, and customer service.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend training or corrective measures.
- At least Diploma in Management, Administration or any other field.
- Minimum 5 years of security experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Experience working with international organizations, hotels, or private security companies preferred.
- Strong coordination, communication, and report-writing skills (English, Dari, Pashto).
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams in high-security environments.
- Familiarity with ICOCA compliance and private security standards.
