duties

Ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets. 
Make sure that staff follow security procedures and guidelines through training programs and assessments.
Monitoring public access and ensuring the security of all personnel and visitors.
Installing security systems and controls.
Inspecting and patrolling premises regularly.
Conduct regular security assessments, perimeter checks, and risk evaluations of office and field sites.
Monitor entry and exit points, issue visitor passes, and ensure access control compliance.
Maintain updated records of guards’ attendance, duty rosters, and patrol schedules.
Supervise and train security guards to ensure proper discipline, alertness, and professionalism.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports to the Security/Operations Manager.
Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms and provide incident reports.
Support staff in travel security, including route planning and monitoring field missions.
Maintain communication with local security networks, community leaders, and law enforcement agencies.
Ensure all security equipment, such as CCTV, fire alarms, and communication devices, are operational.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies to meet required codes and regulation.
Preparing and maintaining all required security and documentation.
Creativity and innovation and deploying security technologies.
Working collaboratively with corporate security operations and multiple site operation to achieve common project goals and standardization.


qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Political Science, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of two years’ experience working in humanitarian safety and security (at any level with technical responsibility)
Must have knowledge of incident reporting protocols and experience in report writing 
Ability to well communicate and value driven (respect, honest, responsibility)
Fluency in Pashto and Dari & knowledge of English Language.
