- Check & register the visitors coming to the office.
- Check & register the late sitting staff, staff working on off-days and personal laptops.
- Inform respective staff whom the visitor wants to meet.
- Perform day & night duty as a security guard.
- Check & register all incoming and outgoing items.
- Check all vehicles entering the parking area.
- Look out for intruders or suspicious persons & objects.
- Report to the admin coordinator/Admin assistant about any irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Ensure the completeness & availability of equipment while taking over the duty from other security guards.
- Be aware of the fire extinguisher location and have the skill to use it.

- بازدیدکنندگانی که به دفتر می آیند را بررسی و ثبت کنید
- کارکنان دیر نشسته، کارکنانی که در روزهای تعطیل کار می کنند و لپ تاپ های شخصی را بررسی و ثبت نام کنید
- به کارکنان مربوطه که بازدید کننده می خواهد با آنها مالقات کند، اطالع دهید
- انجام وظیفه روزانه و شبانه به عنوان نگهبان
- بررسی و ثبت همه موارد ورودی و خروجی .تمام وسایل نقلیه وارد شده به محوطه پارکینگ را بررسی کنید
- مراقب مزاحمان یا افراد و اشیاء مشکوک باشید در مورد هرگونه بی نظمی، مانند آسیب به تجهیزات یا اموال، سرقت، حضور افراد غیرمجاز، یا اتفاقات غیرعادی، به .هماهنگ کننده ادمین/دستیار مدیریت گزارش دهید
- از کامل بودن و در دسترس بودن تجهیزات در حین انجام وظیفه از دیگر محافظان امنیتی اطمینان حاصل کنید
- از محل کپسول آتش نشانی آگاه باشید و مهارت استفاده از آن را داشته باشید
