- Preparation of baseline schedules using Primavera P6 for all assigned projects.
- Develop Work Breakdown Structures aligned with technical scope, Specs and BOQ.
- Define activity relationships, sequence logic, calendars, Activity Codes and resource plans.
- Cost loading the project schedule in accordance with the Contract BOQ, using a single lump-sum resource or multiple resources as required
- Preparing an Activity Tracking Excel sheet for each project to record the actual start, finish, and percent completion of each activity from the job site.
- Conduct Bi-Weekly and monthly schedule updates, delay analysis, and critical path reviews.
- Verify and control out-of-sequence activities and implement corrective actions.
- Completing the Earned Value Management (EVM) Excel sheet for each schedule update
- Prepare preliminary or BID Schedules for All projects during Bid
- Prepare recovery & Revised schedules, mitigation plans, and time impact analyses (TIA).
- Ensure full alignment of schedule with project design, procurement, and construction strategies.
- Support contractual claims, EOT submissions, and delay justifications by supporting of line manger
- Verify project Percent Completion prior to Invoicing
- Prepare monthly progress invoices aligned with BOQ, contract conditions, and certified progress
- Ensure quantities, rates, and claimed amounts match approved measurements
- Track variations, amendments, and additional works for invoicing
- Maintain invoice logs, certification records, and reconciliation sheets
- Performing other project schedule related tasks as assigned by the line manager
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Strong understanding of project management and construction scheduling principles
- Expertise in Primavera P6, CPM, and EVM
- Knowledge of BOQs, contracts, invoicing, and progress tracking
Languages:
- Fluency in English (required) and local languages (e.g., Pashto, Dari)
Experience
- 3-5 Years Relevant Experience

- Schedule preparation, updating, and monitoring
- Cost-loading and invoice support
- Analytical problem-solving and critical path review
- Reporting, coordination, and Excel/Primavera proficiency
