Salesperson – Paint Retail Division (Jalalabad)

duties

  • Greet customers and assist them in selecting paints and related products.
  • Provide product information, color guidance, and technical advice where needed.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure shelves are stocked.
  • Record sales transactions accurately and handle payments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform management of low-stock items.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Stay updated on product features, promotions, and pricing.

qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in retail, preferably in paints, hardware, or building materials.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle customer queries effectively.
  • Basic computer skills for billing and record-keeping.
  • Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and basic English.

Additional Information

  • Must be based in Kabul or Jalalabad depending on the assigned location.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
