- Daily market visit of outlet in the defined rout as per sales supervisor’s instruction.
- Increase sale of company products through daily personal selling.
- Collecting money from all customers/shopkeepers from the sold products.
- Checking of the money collected in the presence of the shopkeeper and return if fake, torn & wrong series number notes are found.
- Visiting every shop as per the assigned route plan on his specific route.
- Check and report any marketing and merchandising activity observed in his market.
- Check and report any competitor’s activity in the market on daily basis.
- Check, rectify and report any mismanagement, misunderstanding and mistake against company product and image in the Market.
- Check and maintain Display of company products in company assigned tools of trade and in the Outlet Shelf.
- Up keep of his motorcycle in clean and running condition is must.
- Always wear neat and clean clothes and properly groomed.
- To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.
- Find new customers for selling product.
- Checking the product at the time of loading in the company in the truck and selling the same in the market.
- In case shortage of stocks or cash without any valid and reason money will be deducted from his monthly salary.
- Proper and polite behavior with customers, Colleagues and Superiors.
- Settlement of the unsold product with the shipping department in the evening (full in) and deposit cash collected from sales with bank.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in FMCG or tobacco-related products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of local market geography is an advantage.
