- Promote and sell Zardana’s FMCG products to retail shops, wholesalers, and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Identify potential sales opportunities and new market areas
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and branding at retail points
- Collect customer orders and coordinate delivery with the logistics team
- Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to the supervisor
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Keep accurate records of sales, collections, and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain to manage stock levels efficiently
- Follow company policies and uphold Zardana’s values and brand image at all times
- Ability to travel within assigned sales territory as needed
- Basic understanding of inventory, invoicing, and sales reporting
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Good knowledge of the Kabul market and surrounding areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- A valid driving license is preferred (especially for field sales roles)
Language Skills:
- Fluency in Dari and Pashto; basic knowledge of English is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel)
