- Manage the sales team and guide them to follow the company’s standards including the sales department.
- Setting sales targets for the salesmen, Sales Agencies and making sure the salesmen team has achieved the sales target.
- Fully responsible for achieving the sales target which was set by the sales manager.
- Evaluation of salesmen’s and Sales Agencies performance with the selected sales target. Identify areas for improvement and implement techniques to increase sales.
- Assist the sales manager in sales team capacity building.
- Train salesmen and Sales Agencies to improve customer service and communication skills.
- Prepare a sales report and cross-check with the actual sales plan.
- Make sure the salesman has returned cash to the finance and compare the sales list with the payment tracker.
- Support billing & cash officer in salesman activities and make sure the salesmen have frequent visits to customers to collect the debts.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Visit the relevant market area to assess the salesmen’s and Sales Agencies activities.
- Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor related to this position
- At least four years of experience as a sales supervisor
- Holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Excellent spoken and written skills in both national languages (Dari and Pashto)
- Be able to communicate and motivate
- Understand the principles of product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling
- Organized and methodical approach to problem-solving.
