- Collect and report the data from the market on daily basis through provided gadget.
- Conduct daily market visits in the assigned area and ensure proper and regular supply of product at the outlets.
- Ensure monthly target achievement for the entire team in the assigned area.
- Supervise, manage, control and motivate the sales team for coverage of assigned duty.
- Monitor and ensure proper communication of company's prices, Schemes, and make sure they are delivered according to the offer.
- Prepare market visit report on daily basis and submitted to the line Manager on timely manner.
- Monitor sales activities in assigned area to ensure that customers receive satisfactory and timely delivery of the products.
- Supervise, provide guidance, support and identify development needs for his teams in the area.
- Provide strategies for driving sales growth, increase customer loyalty and improve operational efficiency.
- Initiate and analyze market demand for promotional and merchandising material of his area and coordinate with Trade Marketing Executive for placement in the market.
- To obey and perform if any other official duty assigned by senior / line manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Fluency in local languages (Pashto and Dari) as well as proficiency in English.
- Age must be below 30 years.
- Must be able to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driving license.
