· Identify and approach new customers for internet services.
· Promote company products and clearly explain benefits, pricing, and packages.
· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support.
· Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management.
· Conduct door-to-door sales, field visits, and promotional activities.
· Maintain accurate records of sales, payments, and customer contracts.
. Education: Minimum High School Diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred).
· Previous experience in sales, telecom, or ISP services is an advantage.
· Strong communication skills in Dari, Pashto, and basic English.
· Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
· Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
