2. Key Responsibilities

 

A.Sales Generation & Business Development 

  • Identify and target new clients in courier, cargo, logistics, ecommerce, and warehousing sectors.
  • Conduct regular field visits to markets, business hubs, courier shops, industrial zones, and corporate clusters. 
  • Approach small, medium, and large courier companies to offer MOAM’s domestic/international network and wholesale solutions. 
  • Present MOAM’s service portfolio, pricing, and value propositions to prospective clients. 
  • Follow up on sales leads and convert prospects into active customers.

 

B.Courier & Cargo Sales (Inbound, Outbound & Intercity/Intracity) 

  • Promote inbound and outbound courier services, ensuring clients understand available routing options, timelines, and pricing tiers.
  • Drive sales for domestic, intercity, and intracity courier solutions including express, standard, and economic services.
  • Support clients require multimodal cargo solutions (air freight, road freight, and sea freight).
  • Ensure accurate entry of sales data and customer information into the CRM system.

 

C.Client Relationship Management 

  • Act as the primary field representative for client interactions.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with Customer Care to resolve service issues or escalations promptly.
  • Retain clients through trust-building, responsiveness, and proactive engagement.


D.Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis 

  • Gather market insights related to pricing, service gaps, competitor performance, and new market trends.
  • Identify emerging sectors with logistics needs (e.g., e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail).
  • Provide the C&BDU with recommendations for pricing updates, service improvements, or new product offerings.

 

E.Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Customer Care, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Submit weekly reports, visit logs, performance summaries, and sales forecasts.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of records, ensuring all client interactions are documented in the CRM.

3. Required Qualifications & Experience 

•         Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. 

•         Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in logistics, cargo, courier, or supply chain sectors. 

•         Knowledge of local courier and logistics markets is a strong asset. 

•         Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 

•         Ability to work under pressure with targets and deadlines.

•        Strategic selling and negotiation

·        Customer relations management

·        Understanding of courier, cargo, and warehousing operations

·        Commercial awareness and planning ability

·        Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills

·        High level of integrity, professionalism, and proper dressing/presentability

·        Ability to use MOAM’s online logistics platform to connect clients with different service modes (courier, cargo, warehousing, etc.)
