- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies within target accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities through diverse channels and customer acquisition.
- Utilize the “Easy Connect” approach and tools to effectively promote and sell products.
- Safeguard the organization’s value by maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective and potential customers.
- Submit daily reports directly to the Line Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Sell services by establishing contact and building relationships with new customers.
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate solutions to close sales.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
- Report customer complaints to the relevant department and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant course are preferred.
- At least two years previous sales experience is preferred.
- Experience of selling to large enterprises, primarily in the Financial Services and or regulated industries sector.
- Prior experience of working in a telecom or technology company would be advantageous.
- Skilled and experienced in Contract negotiation and completion.
- Fluency in English, Dari and Pashto – reading, speaking, writing
