- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
- Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Conduct cold calling and follow up with potential clients to generate leads and support sales growth.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns and outreach communications.
- Update and maintain website content, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product and service information.
- Support sales activities, including preparing materials, coordinating with clients, and maintaining records of sales performance.
- Participate in meetings and discussions aimed at improving and growing company products and marketing approaches.
- Assist in preparing reports on marketing, sales performance, and market trends.
- Research market competitors and suggest improvements for marketing and product strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing and development goals are aligned.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Marketing & Development Officer or Manager.
Must-Have Hard Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online Marketing, Sales, communication, and Market analysis
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with a high attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Good understanding of sales and online marketing principles.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Familiar with website management tools (e.g., WordPress or similar).
- Experience with social media management and email marketing tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying growth opportunities.
