· Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with the Bank’s business strategy.
· Design, offer, and implement customized banking service packages and marketing solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs, business requirements, and market segments, in coordination with relevant departments.
· Plan and conduct customer visits at times convenient for clients, including visits to client offices, business locations, and Bank branches, to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities, and support product promotion and cross-selling initiatives.
· Travel to provincial locations, as required, to support branch marketing activities, oversee campaign execution, conduct market assessments, and directly engage with customers to promote the Bank’s products and services.
· Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.
· Lead initiatives to increase deposits, financing portfolios, trade finance, remittances, and digital product usage.
· Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of approved targets.
· Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote the Bank’s products and services.
· Strengthen brand positioning and visibility across physical and digital channels.
·Oversee development of marketing materials, promotions, and customer communication.
· Ensure all marketing content complies with regulatory and Sharia requirements (if applicable).
· Develop strategies for acquiring new retail, SME, and corporate customers.
· Strengthen client relationship frameworks and service standards.
· Support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives.
· Build partnerships with corporate, institutional, and community stakeholders.
· Conduct market and competitor analysis to support product development and pricing strategies.

· Establish sales KPIs, monitoring mechanisms, and reporting frameworks.
· Track campaign effectiveness and sales pipeline performance.
· Prepare regular performance and market intelligence reports for senior management.
· Ensure sales and marketing activities comply with:

o Consumer protection requirements
o AML/CFT and sanctions frameworks
o Internal policies and codes of conduct
· Promote ethical sales practices and transparent customer communication.
· Lead, coach, and develop sales and marketing teams.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional sales/marketing certification is an advantage

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
