- Promote and sell products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, registrations, activations, and basic troubleshooting
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets assigned by the supervisor
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain sales records
- Ensure proper display and availability of products in the shop
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required
- Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the supervisor
- Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum high school graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Basic knowledge of mobile telecom products is preferred
- Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work in shifts and travel within assigned districts if required
Language Requirements
- Fluency in local languages (Dari and/or Pashto)
- Basic English skills are an advantage
