- Conduct door-to-door visits to promote Afghan PAY FTTH services.
- Explain service packages, pricing, features, and promotions to potential customers.
- Collect customer information and prepare sales forms or contracts.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets as set by the line Manager.
- Identify new sales opportunities and report market trends.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional material in targeted areas.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales outcomes.
- Report regularly to the line Manager regarding progress and challenges.
- Provide feedback from the field for product or service improvement.
- Prepare and process customer contracts in compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales team to share market feedback and explore growth opportunities.
- Maintain professionalism and represent Afghan PAY’s brand image in the field.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the internet or telecommunications industry.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- good commination Skills, Extraverted personality, local market knowledge.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Skills
- Sales Experience: 1+ years in telecom/ISP (FTTH preferred).
- Local Language Fluency: Dari/Pashto (English a plus for B2B).
- Technical Basics: Understands fiber speed/reliability vs. DSL/4G.
Critical Abilities
- Door-to-Door Sales: Proven success in direct selling.
- Community Trust: Connections with local leaders (maliks, mullahs).
- Negotiation: Can pitch installment plans (crucial for affordability).
